Fairly clean hotel, amicable staff & great and magnificent location easy to call online taxis. Nice view of city, well-equipped & new-fashioned room. Had a handy kitchenette. Location close enough to a convenience store and train station and malls. Plenty of food options not too far from the venue.

The view from the One Bedroom Executive Suite offers a amazing panorama of the city skyline this place. An excellent outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape.

In room 3110, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, a significant pain point for anyone needing reliable internet. The breakfast experience fell short. The food lacked taste, and the system to retrieve pre-ordered items was inefficient, leaving guests in limbo when staff were elsewhere. While the location is decent, it feels removed from the action, and the surrounding area isn't as convenient as one might hope were nice.

We really enjoyed our time in the modern One Bedroom Executive Suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and had a blast using the outdoor pool and gym. The sauna and shallow-end of the pool were perfect. The check-in took longer than expected, but it didn't impact our overall experience too much 😊

The stay was very nice! The outdoor pool and the superb view of the city were standout features. The nearby convenience store made it easy to grab quick snacks. , which added to the charm of my short visit.

The hotel is unfortunately far from a variety of dining options!!! Only a few fast food places nearby and the traffic makes getting to attractions a hassle!!! The call to prayer noise can be quite disturbing during sleep!!!

Modern comfort and great location

I stayed for 2 nights in a three-bedroom apartment perfect for our group of five. The hotel was very clean, modern, and in a great location near the LRT and supermarket for quick essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the limited dining options in the immediate vicinity. I would have loved a few more local eateries nearby.

Nice stay, but service issues

But they kinda messed up with the service. Three days after check-out, they accused us of staining the bed sheets without proof. Parking was also a hassle. Had to wait way too long for reimbursement. The restaurant was solid, though.

The staff created a cute atmosphere, remembering my name and offering friendly greetings throughout my stay. The One Bedroom Executive Suite was cozy and well-appointed were nice, while the easy grab-and-go food options, like the tasty fish and chips, offered great convenience. I noticed a lack of sit-down restaurant facilities and some basic amenities that could be improved for a fully satisfying experience beyond what was offered.
